Simple Elegance metal print by Diane Ferguson.   Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. The high gloss of the aluminum sheet complements the rich colors of any image to produce stunning results.

Drawing has always come naturally to me, but it was never more than a fun pasttime. Then, at about age 40, I took a college art class. As the teacher watched us do an assignment in our sketchbooks, he asked me if I was an artist. Who me?!! No, I said, I just like to draw! But if a college professor, who was also a working artist, could see my work and think that I was an artist, then maybe I could be “an artist.” This was the start of a new journey… Over the next few years, I took some pastel classes and attended some workshops. I’d like to say that I entered art shows and won many awards, boosting my career, but that’s not what happened. Creativity always had to compete with real life, and too often, real life won!
